Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF VALVISTA ESTATES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Eugene Valerio, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br />for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The West 578.00 feet of the East 644.00 feet of the South 729.25 feet of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 10, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots I, 2, 3, Block 1, Valvista Estates Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on October 22, 2003, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Eugene Valerio for Valvista Estates; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 6, 2003, and <br />approved the sketch plan of Valvista Estates and directed the Developer to proceed to the final <br />plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 13, 2003, <br />and recommended.that park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on November 18, <br />20O3; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Valvista Estates in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon Developer entering into a <br /> development agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
