PC CASE <br /> <br /> CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br /> FOR POLICE CHIEF <br /> <br /> Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />Jim Way was promoted to Chief of Police effective November 13, 2002.
