Town Center project and what are your thoughts on how the City should approach <br />the review and regulation of the Town Center development? <br /> <br />Oftentimes land use issues can be divisive and controversial. As a Planning <br />Commission member, you will often be caught in the fray and will need to make <br />decisions that may be unpopular with the majority of the people in attendance. <br />How would you handle a situation such as was just described? <br /> <br />Most of the year, the Planning Commission has 10 or more cases that need to be <br />decided in one evening. It is not unusual to have Planning Commission packets <br />with over 100 pages of information and Commissioners receive the packet 3-5 <br />days prior to the meeting.
