Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, CENTRAL LANDSCAPING <br />(PROJECT 89-3 CENTRAL PARK IRRIGATION AND TURF ESTABLISHMENT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into <br />an agreement with Central Landscaping, Inc. for installation of the <br />Central Park Irrigation System and Turf Establishment on April 27, <br />1989. _ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the original contract amoUnt is $41,900.00. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has de~ermined that additional <br />sodding is desireable in Central Park and that an additional 800 <br />square yards of sod should be installed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the city Council hereby authorizes Change order <br />No. 1 for the Central Park Turf Establishment in the amount of <br />$1,500.00 for additional sodding. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to execute Change Order No. 1. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of the contract shall be increased <br />by $1,500 with this change order to a total of $43,400.00. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of May, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
