We hope that you will be able to support our
position so that we can transmit our position on to the County Board and
hopefully have them move forward. We would like to do this so that controls
· can be in place this summer, and that of course requires immediate action.
We sincerely hope that you can join us in supporting our proposed
legislation, and we know that will be very helpful to the County Board in
their deliberations. It would appear at this time that the Commission will
be transmitting its recommendations on the County, and we hope that you can
join with us in taking this moderate first step toward preserving this very
valuable resource.

Re_spectful~,y submitted,

~/Chairman, Lower Rum River
Water Management Organization

JS:lh

?$
