In addition, the options provide a front yard <br />setback equal to that of the home and a 35 foot side yard setback in accordance with City Code <br />requirements for comer lots. Decreasing woodpile quantities and trying to meet Mr. Klar's desire <br />for a 100 cord operation will spread the operation further into the side yard which may give the <br />neighbors the illusion that the operation is expanding.
