CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />COND~I'IONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This contract, entered into this /./'___~ da)' of July, 1984, between the City of Ramsey, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City", and Mr. Arnold Klar, hereinafter referred to as <br />"App]{cant", in conjunction with the issuance to the applicant a conditional use permit <br />to operate a firewood business at his premises located at 160Z0 Potassium Street NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the applicant's complying <br />with the following: <br /> <br />1) That the applicant shall deliver any and all wood that is sold. <br /> <br /> Z) That any wood kept at the applicant's residence shall be neatly stacked to the <br />rear of the principal dwelling. <br /> <br />3) That the applicant shall at no time keep any diseased firewood at his premises. <br /> <br /> 4) That the applicant shall at no time keep more than the three trucks for <br />deliver), at his residence. ~' <br /> <br /> 5) That the City reserves the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable time <br />should it receive any complaints or suspect any violations to this conditional use permit <br />agreement. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />The applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted herein <br />is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff. <br /> <br />Any violation of ~he conditions described herein or any violation of any other City <br />ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />APPLICANT: - <br /> · ' Mr. Arnold Klar <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />/~m i/~fs t~at or/~I ~rk- - ' <br /> <br /> <br />
