17. That the proposed increase in number of vehicles will not be hazardous or disturbing to neighboring uses. 18. That the proposed usc writ be adequately served by essential public facilities and services. 19. That the Applicant has submitted a statement, signed by twelve area residents, indicating that they have no objection to the opera:ion of the business and equipment on the subject property as long as it continues to be done in a neat and orderly fashion. 20. That the existing conditional use permit does not address firewood sales business support equipment such as trailers, bobcats, crawlers, etc. 21. That the Applicant has stated that the support equipment has been in use on the subject property since 1982-83. 22. That permitting an additional deliver3' truck will tend to increase the size of the business operation in a residential neighborhood. 23. That the Applicant has stated that the additional delivery truck is necessa_D, to serve as a backup when one of the three regular vehicles is not operating. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded,~'by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gary Reimann Councilmember Stepehen F. DeLuca Councilmember Richard Cich Councilmember Alan Pearson Councilmember Kenneth Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of April, 1989.
