17. <br /> <br />That the proposed increase in number of vehicles will not be hazardous or disturbing to <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed usc writ be adequately served by essential public facilities and services. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has submitted a statement, signed by twelve area residents, indicating <br />that they have no objection to the opera:ion of the business and equipment on the subject <br />property as long as it continues to be done in a neat and orderly fashion. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the existing conditional use permit does not address firewood sales business support <br />equipment such as trailers, bobcats, crawlers, etc. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the support equipment has been in use on the subject <br />property since 1982-83. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />That permitting an additional deliver3' truck will tend to increase the size of the business <br />operation in a residential neighborhood. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the additional delivery truck is necessa_D, to serve as a <br />backup when one of the three regular vehicles is not operating. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded,~'by <br />Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Stepehen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 25th day of April, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Admin/strator <br /> <br /> <br />
