The City shall warrant the "individual home lift pump units" <br />against normal wear for the designated low lots requiring them. <br />Damage to the lift pump unit caused by the owners' negligence or <br />abuse shall be repaired by the property owner at his own cost. <br />Inducing into the sewer system of lots using said pump units the <br />prohibited substances set forth in Section 210.0218, or <br />substances not normally intended to be induced into the sanitary <br />sewer system, shall constitute negligence or abuse. <br /> <br />BREAKS, INTERRUPTED SERVICE <br /> <br />No claim shall be made against the City of Ramsey for reason of <br />the breaking of any watermain or service pipe or fixture or for <br />any other interruption of the supply, by reason of the breaking <br />of machinery or stoppage for necessary repair. <br /> <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br /> <br />1. It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit or <br />permit to be deposited in any unsanitary manner upon public or <br />private property within the City or in any area under the <br />jurisdiction of said City, any human or animal excrement, garbage <br />or other objectionable waste. <br /> <br />2. It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge into any <br />natural outlet within the City or in any area under the <br />jurisdiction of said City any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes <br />or other polluted waters. <br /> <br />3.
