receives sewage from an individual establishment. 10. "Designated Low Lots" shall mean lots which because of elevation were designated to receive sanitary sewer service by means of an individual house lift pump unit. The address and legal description of these designated lots shall be kept on file at City Hall. OPERATION, RECORDS AND INSPECTION 1. The City shall provide for the proper operation and maintenance of the municipal water system and the municipal sanitary sewer system and shall see that all rules and regulations pertaining to the same are complied with. 2. The City shall keep a careful and complete record of the exact location and size of all parts of the municipal water and sewer systems, connections thereto, and other measurements or records which may be necessary. 3. The City shall superintend all connections for service, and examine all service pipes and see that they are properly laid, and that all meters are properly installed and operating. The City also Shall have charge of inspecting the premises entered by service pipes, examining the condition of all water and sewer fixtures, and shall warn against all abuses of the municipal water and sewer systems. APPLICATIONS FOR SERVICE 1. Any property owner desiring to connect a dwelling, building, or other styucture to the municipal water or sanitary sewer systems shall apply therefore on a form provided by the City. Said form shall call for such information as the Council may from time to time require. 2.
