ORDINANCE 89- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMEND~ENT TO CHAPTER 170.0112 (ORDINANCE f~5-2) WHICH IS }~Ok~N AS <br />THE ENVIROhR~ENTAL PROTECTION CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF ~az_~ISEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 170.0112E (D) (2) (P) AND <br />170.0112G OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota hereby ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 170.0112E Subsection (D) Subsection (2) Paragraph (p) is <br />amended to read as f¢-!iows: <br /> <br />Trail right-of-way shall be provided to the City of Ramsey in <br />accordance with the general alignment(s) as shown on the Proposed <br />Mississippi River Trail Corridor Map dated 5/02/89 and apprcved <br />by the City Council on 5/23/89 to allow for development of the <br />Mississippi River Corridor Trail. The following standards shall <br />be used for trail right-of-way widths: <br /> <br />Trail SeGment <br /> <br />R.O.W. Width <br /> <br />From the easterly limits of the <br />City along Rivlyn Ave. to the <br />west terminus of Rivlyn Ave. <br /> <br />17' <br /> <br />From the west terminus of Riv!yn <br />Ave. to the east boundary of <br />Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 <br /> <br />17' <br /> <br />From the east boundary of Lot 3, <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 to <br />the east boundary of Lot I, Block 5 <br />Riverside West <br /> <br />20' <br /> <br />· Through Riverside West <br /> <br />17' <br /> <br />From the west boundary of <br />Riverside West to Mississippi <br />West County Park <br /> <br />35' <br /> <br />Through Mississippi West County <br />Park <br /> <br />Alignment to be <br />developed in <br />cooperation with <br />Anoka ~' <br /> County. <br /> <br /> <br />
