Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Backgro~d: <br /> <br />Robert W. Brown, Production Design Products, Inc. is proposing to construct 2 expansions to his <br />existing building located at 14161 Basalt Street Northwest. The PIN's are 27-32-25-44-0007 and 27- <br />32-25-44-0010. The legal description of the property is: Lot 1, Block 3 and Outlo~ B Gateway North <br />Industrial Park Plat 2. The proposed structure consists of a connecting office building measuring <br />approximately 32' x 54'. In addition, there will be expanded manufacturin£ area measuring <br />approximately 102' x 48'. The proposed structures would be of steel construction similar to the <br />existing structure. The proposed structure would be located in a non-sewered I-1 Industrial <br />district. Site Plan until the special meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on <br />May 16, 1989. On May 16, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission made the <br />recommendation for site plan approval of Mr. Robert Brown's site plan. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the site plan for the proposed building expansion be approved with metal to <br />be consistent with the existing building.
