Consideration is being given to limiting use of the trail by motorized <br />vehicles to that area along Tron BrooL <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart noted that the trail width is planned to be 75 feet which allows sufficient space to <br />screen and berm the trail from adjacent uses. <br /> <br />Mrs. Bursheim - 8401 156th - Noted that the trail, as it is proposed, must either end or pass <br />through her property. Stated that she is concerned that even posting will nor deter snowmobilers <br />from using all portions of the trail system. <br /> <br />Lynn Pohlman - Stated that she objects to opening up the I58th cul-de-sac as a through street. <br />Requested that the Ci~' give the citizens some rime to study the plans for the plat before taking final <br />action on it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Shumway noted that 95%-100% of the cul-de-sacs are for the convenience of the <br />builders and placed to carD' traffic through to the next developing p~cel. <br /> <br />ADJ OURNm,I'ENrl' <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumwav and seconded by Commissioner Holm to adjourn the pubiic <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
