The estimated OHW of the wetland is 877-878. As such home construction on Lots 4, 5 & 6 of Block 1 may infringe on the wetland~ filling below the OHW is prohibited by DNR permit rules. It would be advisable to shift Okapi Street further east, if at all possible. The plat should ~dentify the DRq{ wetland I.D. number (#2-727W) and a statement that DNR permits may be required for any alterations of the wetland. There may be other wetland areas outside the protected wetland which could fall under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Contact Tim Fell at 220-0360 for further information. The City's FloOd Insurance Rate Ymps identify an area of lO0-year (approximate study) flood plait on the property. Any filling of that area would require issuance of a conditional use permit under the City's floodplain controls. NORTH FORTY, 2~ A~ITIO Protected Wetland #2-736W exists in the northeast portion of the property. The estimated OHW of the wetland is 896-897. The development of Lots 6,7,8,9, & 10 of Block 2 and the Iguana Street cul-de-sac (between Lots 10 & 11, Block 2) may infringe on the wetland. Again, filling is prohibited by Dh~R permit rules.
