170.073 APPLICATION TO RESUBDIVISION In the event of a resubdivision of a parcel for which park dedication requirements have previously been met, no additional park dedication requirements shall be imposed as a result of the resubdivision providinq th~ overall density, of development of the parcel remains the same as the density allowed under the zoninq in effect at the time of the initial subdivision. In the event that park dedication requirements were met throuqh the use of a fee per dwelling unit or based on the value of the improvement, additional park dedication shall be made for each new lot created under resubdivision. The park dedication fee shall be based on the specified contribution residential properties resubdivision. per dwellinq unit for resultinq from the SECTION 2. REPEAL Section 170.06 of the Ramsey City Council entitled Dedication of Parks and Open Spaces adopted by ordinance 83-13~ and 88-4, and 88- 15 are hereby repealed only to the extent that it is not applicable to subdivisions filed with the City for approval after the ~m 88-4~ and effective date of this Ordinance. Ordinances 83-13~ .... 88-15 shall remain in effect for all plats filed after the effective date of said Ordinance 83-13~ and 88-4, and 88-15 and prior to the effective date of Ordinance 89- . SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. the PASSED by the City Council of the city of Ramsey, Minnesota day of , 1989.
