CASE #3 <br /> <br /> FIRE DEPARTMENT REMODELING <br />By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On May 23, 1989 bids were received as follows for the Fire Department remodeling project: <br /> <br />Mikkelson-Wulff <br />Guimont Construction <br />Tri-Co Construction <br />Dailey Construction <br />Spraungel Construction <br />Nordling Construction <br /> <br />$54,123.00 <br />$58,848.2O <br />$61,660.00 <br />$64,799.00 <br />$65,933.00 <br />$70,549.00 <br /> <br />After analyzing the costs associated with the bid, it is the recommendation of Bruce Hoeke, Fire <br />Chief, that we eliminate the underground exhaust ducts and the folding partition.
