AWARD CONTRACT FOR <br />RIVER'S BEND PARK - IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-1 <br />BY: MERLA/WD OTTO <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Bids were received by City Council on April 11, 1989 for the <br />River's Bend Park Improvement Project. As you will recall, no <br />contract was awarded at that time due to the uncertainty of Anoka <br />County's bridge permit application. We have received word from the <br />Corps of Engineers that a decision document has been prepared and <br />formal approval for the County's project should be granted by your <br />meeting on the 12th.
