Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Case ~ 6 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. has requested that the City vacate certain <br />easements within its planned unit development. The easements are <br />described in the attached letter from North Fork, Inc., to Mark <br />Banwart.
