BANWART, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR/0~ 5'~ <br />JUNE 12, 1989 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />CFi'Y CODE COMPUANCE <br /> <br />Since the beginning of June, 1989, the Community Development Department has been actively <br />pursuing property owners in noncompliance of City codes. Particularly, the Department has <br />been targeting its compliance activities to the Highway 10 corridor. More specifically, we are <br />looking at 1) compliance to existing Conditional Use Permits, 2) compliance to Site Plans, 3) <br />condition of premises (debris), 4) requiring those which should have a Conditional Use Permit <br />to make applicalion for such permit, 5) draft new Site Plan Ordinance. <br /> <br />In addition to these activities, Community Development, together with the City Attorney and <br />Engineer, are working on redrafting the Site Plan Ordinance, as well as zoning subdivision <br />ordinances to facilitate more efficient administration of land use regulations and stimulating <br />better development along the Highway 10 corridor area. <br /> <br />/pjl <br /> <br /> <br />
