Case # <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF APPRAISAL VALUES <br /> FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 88-21 <br />(153rd Avenue NW\Burlington Railroad Crossing) <br /> <br />William K. Goodrich, city Attorney <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />As you know, the city is in the process of acquiring easements for <br />street construction in the above 'project. We have had all the <br />necessary parcels needed' for the right-of-way appraised. The <br />condemnation process requires that the council formally approve the <br />appraisals. For that purpose, I am enclosing a resolution for your <br />consideration. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />I recommend that the council accept the appraisal values as listed <br />on the attached resolution, all of which have been prepared by <br />Marlowe Jo McCrady, GRI. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution 89-__, which is a resolution approving <br />the appraisal values for the property to be acquired for city <br />improvement project 88-21. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Develop- <br />ment Director <br /> <br />X <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Other <br /> <br /> <br />
