RESOLUTION 89 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISALS <br />FOR CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> #ss-2~ <br /> <br /> Whereas the city has authorized its improvement Project #88- <br />21 which generally consists of the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W. <br />in the NorthFork P.U.D, southerly across the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad tracks to its intersecting with U.S. Highway 10; and <br /> <br /> Whereas by City Resolution 88-196 for the street construction <br />acquisition of the necessary right-of-way by negotiation and or <br />eminent domain proceeding if necessary; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, as a part of said easement acquisition process the <br />City has retained the services of appraiser Marlow McGrady; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, Mr. McGrady has now completed his appraisal values <br />of the parcels that are necessary to be acquired as a result of <br />the Improvement Project; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the appraisal value listed opposite each of the <br />parcels listed below, all a part of City Improvement <br />Project 88-21 are hereby approved, to wit: <br /> <br />Parcel No. <br /> <br />Appraisal Value <br /> <br />1 12,215.50 <br />la 9,969.85 <br />2 8,993.40 <br />3 14,535.40 <br />B 12,223.75 <br /> <br /> Motion for the foregoing Resolution was made by Council Member <br /> , and seconded by Council Member <br /> , and the following Council Members voted in <br />favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />The following Council Mmbers voted against the Resolution: <br /> <br /> <br />
