It is a Great New Day for the City of Ramsey! <br /> On May 28, 2013, the Ramsey City Council adopted a new strategic action plan, known as A New <br />%BZ <br />"/FX#FHJOOJOHăJTBDUJPOQMBOXJMMHVJEFBOEGPDVTUIF$JUZTXPSLGPSUIFOFYUUISFFUPđWF <br />years and will provide an organizational foundation for years to come.
