Ce ee 130.021(2), without ~ubmitting ~uch information, or without payment of the license fee required by Section 130.0110, or before expirmtion of the wsiting period prescribed by Section 130.D26 hereof; Furnishing false information, or failing to furnish information a~ required by Section 130.025; Sale of merchandise or se~'ices by a peddler, solicitor or vendor by means of statements which the person making them know~ or should know are false or mizlemding; Sale of merchandise by a peddler, 8olicitor or vendor, which merchandise is not of merchantable quality or is not fit for the purpose for which the seller knows, or has reason to know, the merchandise i~ being purchased; Engaging in peddling or soliciting after the hour of 9:00 p.m. or before 9:00 a.m. unles~ a previous appointment has been made. USE OF DEVICES TO ATTRACT ATTENTION PROHIBITED No person, licensed under this article, shall call attention to his business or to his merchandise by crying out, by blowing a horn, by ringing a bell or by any loud or unusual noise. CARRYING AND DISPLAY Ail licenses issued under this article shall be carried by the licensee or comspicuouzly posted in his place of business and such licensee shall, whenever requested, show the license to any officer or citizen who demands to see the same. APPLICATION OF CHAPTER The provisions of Chapter 130.01 shall apply to the issuance of licenses hereumder. DEP IN IT I ON An "amusement center" is hereby defined to be any establishment which utilizes in its operation amusement devices, including but not limited to pool tables, table tennis, shuffle board, or any mechanical device, and whose principal source of revenue is derived from such devices, but shall not include bowling alleys. LICENSE REQUIRED No p~.rson shall operate au amusement center without having secured a license to operate the same. ~me license shall be issued by the city clerk after approval of same by the city council.
