170.062 <br /> <br />170.063 <br /> <br />170. 064 <br /> <br />The city's Par)[ Systems Plan has established minimum <br />community criteria for meeting the needs of the residents <br />of Ram&ey. <br /> <br />It is the policy of Ramsey that the following standards <br />and guidelines for the dedication of land for park, <br />playground, and public open space put--poses (or cash <br />contributions in lieu of such dedication) in the <br />subdividing and developing of land within the City shall <br />be directly related to the density and intensity of each <br />subdivision and development. <br /> <br />~ESIDENTIAL PARKLA~'D DEDICATION <br /> <br />The amount of land to be dedicated by a subdivider for <br />residential development shall be based on the gross area <br />of the proposed subdivision, proposed type of dwelling <br />unit and density. <br /> <br />The formula for land dedication shall be based on the <br />number of proposed units per acre. <br /> <br />DWELLING UNITS <br /> <br />LAND TO BE DEDICATED <br /> <br /> 0 - 0.3 units per acre <br />0.31 - 3.0 units per acre <br /> 3.1 - 6.0 units per acre <br /> 6.1+ units per acre <br /> <br /> 7% <br /> 10% <br /> !2% <br />Add .5% for each unit <br />over 6 ~ma>:imum of <br /> 16.5%) <br /> <br />!~{DUSTRiAL/CO.WLME~RCiAL PARKLAND DED!
