No paved areas are shown on the <br />drawings. The parking area is adequately sized for the building <br />based on one stall per 200 SF for a business use. ]~o indication <br />was given regarding the number of employees on the ma>[imum shift <br />so the final number ef spaces reqn/ired has not been determined. <br /> <br />The parking area as well as the driveway from the parking area to <br />Highway 10 should be bituminous paved. >~r. Ward has requested that <br />the yard area remain as Class V.
