All of the lots meet the City's minimum <br />~idth and area requirements of 200 feet and 2.5 acres, <br />respectively. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The follo%:ing information was not provided as required by City <br />Code: <br /> <br />Existing zoning classification <br />Total acreage <br />Locations of utility easements. <br />Square footage of lots and lot dimensions scaled to the <br />nearest tenth of a foot. <br />Soils data including classification cf all soils and logs <br />of borings sufficient in number to establish the <br />elevation of the water table throughout the plat. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />According to the Anoka County Sol!
