The Developer shall also provide <br />erosior~ conlrol measures during construction to centre] erosion. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL GLit, RANTEE. The Developer shall provide a financial guarantee for the <br />construction of these improvements. This guarantee shall be in the 1cfm of cash or Cily <br />approved Letter of Credil in the amount of S~xty-tour Thousand F~.ve Hundred Dollars <br />($64,500.00), which amounts to 125% of the Engineer's estimated cost for such <br />improvements. In addilion to '~he Letler of Credit, the Developer shall pos' a <br />maintenance guarantee al 1ne time el the completion o~ the improvements in the amount <br />of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). This securily shall be deposiled wilh the City in <br />the form et a cash escrow or a Letler of Credil in a term to be acceptable to the City. <br />This secu,,ity shall be held by me City lor One (1) year from the date el final acceptance <br />el lhe improvements. <br /> <br />.~AD1NG AND DRAINAGE PLAN. The Developer shall comply with grading and drainage <br />plans submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />TREE REMOVALIDISE&SEDTRE-~ CONTROL. The Developer shall prevent the introduction <br />and spread of tree disease into the residue tree populations of the subdivision and <br />adjoining properties and to reduce lhe impacts of construction on the residual property <br />of the subdivision and adjoining properties. The Developer shall be required to compiete Stage Il <br />Improvements (sealcosling) ~s provided in Section 170.03 of the City Code. in addii~on, <br />the Developer shall make advance payment to the City for thsse improvements. This <br />advance payment shall be in the form of a cash deposit in the amount of Two Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Dollars ($2,700.00~. The City shall retain the interest.
