AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.014 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF CIIAPTER 1'70.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following described property is hereby rezoned from l-1 lndusMal to B-1 B :,siness: The West 466.69 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except the North 90.00 feet thereof. And, the North 33.00 feet of the West 466.69 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. And, the South 466.69 feet of the North 499.69 feet of the West 466.69 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township ~"~ z~, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. And, the West 466.69 feet of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township ~'v z-, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after it's passage and publication, subject to Cib' Charter Section 5.04.
