In order for the City to conduct the necessary <br />publication, public hearing, surveying, engineering, and administration for the vacation of <br />property, the City is requesting one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to be deposited with the CiB'. The <br />$1,000 will be deposited in the escrow account to be used strictly for the vacation of easement area on <br />the subject property.
