In order for the City to conduct the necessary
publication, public hearing, surveying, engineering, and administration for the vacation of
property, the City is requesting one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to be deposited with the CiB'. The
$1,000 will be deposited in the escrow account to be used strictly for the vacation of easement area on
the subject property. It should be noted that if costs are less, you will be refunded and if costs are
more, you will be appropriately charged.

It is the City's intent to resolve the easement problem in manner which both addresses your
concerns and the City's.

If you have any further questions, please contact me.

Sincere]y,

CITY OF RAMSEY
.............. - ...........

Mark S.
