Hennen, <br />Del]wood Rental and Construction Company for De]lwood Hills Addition. <br /> <br />On April 4, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission noted that all lots on the South <br />half of the proposed subdivision would have double street frontage if 171st Avenue to the West of <br />Bison Street was extended and that the length of the cul-de-sac would require a variance. A motion <br />was made and carried to recommend that Dellwood Hills Addition proceed to preliminary plat <br />stage. <br /> <br />On April 13, 1989, the Park and Recreation Commission recommended that the City accept cash to <br />satisfy park dedication requirements due to the fact that there is no proposed plan for a park or trail <br />in that area. <br /> <br />On May 2, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding Dellwood Hills Addition. Also on May 2, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission tab]ed the preliminaw plat of Dellwood Hills and requested that the following <br />information be obtained: <br /> <br />A drainage stud), in accordance with Item #6 of the City Engineer's report dated <br />April 27, 1989. <br /> <br />A report from the developer regarding the feasibility of extending 171st Avenue <br />Northwest to serve Dellwood Hills. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Hendriksen stated that the developer should contact the <br />property owner to the South of Dellwood Hills Addition to determine willingness to participate in <br /> <br /> <br />
