CITY OF RA_M~EY <br />DEVi~/)P~ PER.MIT <br /> <br /> Daniel Karst, Jr. <br />Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. <br />PIN #: 34-32-25-12-0004 <br />14050 Basalt Street Northwest <br /> Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />On July 25, 1989, site plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey to Daniel Karst, Jr. to <br />construct site improvements on the property at 14050 Basalt Street Northwest, which property is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 4 of Gateway North Industrial Park, Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />The existing structure shall be treated with appropriate materials as <br />specified in Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />Recommendations by the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission as <br />we]] as City Engineer reports are complied with. <br /> <br />The building shall comply with the requirements of the State Building <br />Code. <br /> <br />The site grading, drainage and landscaping shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. Plans as required by Section 170.017 L of the City Code, <br />shall be submitted to the City Engineer and approved prior to commencing <br />work. The improvements shall be completed on or before October 1, 1990. <br /> <br />That this applicant and the applicant's heirs and assigns agree to petition <br />for the extension and construction of sanitary sewer and municipal water <br />services at the time that such public utilities can feasibly be extended to this <br />property. Connection to such public utilities shall be accomplished within 60 <br />days of their physical availability. Any and all on-site septic systems will <br />be properly abandoned and their use discontinued at such time that public <br />utilities are utilized. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />To insure that the site is developed in accordance with the approved plans <br />and specifications, the applicant shall provide a cash escrow, certificate of <br />deposit, letter of credit or performance bond in an amount of One Hundred <br />Fifty Three Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($153,100), which equals 150% <br />of the estimated cost of the improvements as estimated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Daniel Karst, Jr. hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that he has reviewed the <br />conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will comply with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
