July 10, 1989 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />Landscape Screeninq & security <br /> <br />The site storage area is proposed to be encompassed by chain link <br />fence. Proposed screening is a 3' berm along Basalt with sixteen <br />evergreens spaced approximately 60' o.c. Minimum size of evergreen <br />trees should be 5'. All slopes 3:1 or greater should be sodded. <br /> <br />Liqhting and Siqns <br /> <br />Outside lighting and signs will be building mounted. <br /> <br />Refuse Storaqe <br /> <br />No outside refuse is anticipated by the applicant and no outside <br />refuse area is indicated. <br /> <br />The Applicant had indicated a staging plan for improvements at the <br />time of CUP processing.
