City Staff is of' the opinion that unlike thc permi~ issued in 198,4. the proposed amended condition~ <br />use permit will address concerns with limiting the size of the firewood operation and fire safety <br />feat ures. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Deny Mr. Klar's request for an amended conditional use permit to maintain one additional <br />delivery truck on his property at 16020 Potassium Sn-eet N.W. <br /> <br />-orr <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve Mr. Klar's request for an amended conditional use permit for the firewood sales <br />business at 16020 Potassium Street N.W. to increase the number of vehicles from 3 to 4; ~o <br />specify related equipment that will be allowed on the subject property and ~o implement <br />woodpile footprint terms as presented on Jul,,, 25, 1989 in Figure A.
