June 9, 1989 <br /> <br />Dear airport user: <br /> <br />The Metropolitan Council, the Twin Cities regional planning agency, is <br />re-assessing the metropolitan aviation system plan. In cooperation with the <br />Federal Aviation Administration, Minnesota Department of Transportation and <br />airport authorities, a regional reliever airport study concerning improvements <br />to the area's general aviation reliever airports, is being prepared this year. <br /> <br />As an airport user, your opinion is important to us.
