Our neighborhood is located east of
the proposed development (see map on last page). We are greatly
concerned over the adverse effects the increased traffic will have on
the safety of our children and the quality of our residential living.

The land west of us consists of approximately 100 plus acres of
potential residential housing. Dellwood Hills Addition is the first
proposed development. Those acres represent approximately 35-40
potential homes.

We feel there is a need at this time, for a long range plan to deal
with the increased traffic problems associated with the proposed and
future developments. We attended the Planning and Zoning (P and Z)
public hearing and presented some alternatives that are outlined in
the attached proposal. The (Pand Z) at last word has not yet made any
recommendations until the developer supplies them with some more
information. We feel it is important that the members of the City
Council be kept informed of our concerns.

The Concerned citizens of Golden Eagle Estates need your support and
expertise in order to preserve our childrens safety and the quality of
our residential living.

S incerly,

Tim Dusbabek
Spokesperson for the Concerned Citizens of Golden Eagle Estates
