We have <br />estimated the cost of improvements to be $37,100 (thirty seven <br />thousand one hundred and no/100 dollars). The bond or escrow <br />is 125 percent of the estimated cost or $46,400 (forty six <br />thousand four hundred and no/100 dollars). <br /> <br />The developer agrees to complete Stage II improvements as <br />stated in Article 170.039c of the city Code. The required <br />escrow for Stage II improvements is $1,950.00 (one thousand <br />nine hundred fifty and no/100 dollars). <br /> <br />The developer pays park dedication fee as required by City <br />Code.
