Page 2 <br />July 20, 1989 <br /> <br />A separate petition process is underway for the improvement <br />of Bison Street N.W. from 171st Avenue N.W. to Co. 63. The <br />feasibility study will determine the appropriate assessments <br />for the project. Plat approval should be subject to the <br />project proceeding. <br /> <br />The street specification should also be revised to provide for <br />a maximum deviation of 1.5 inches ~ in any 50 foot section of <br />bituminous curb. <br /> <br />In review of drainage, the proposed plat shows the runoff <br />draining onto the property to the south of the plat.
