Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-08-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE DELLWOOD HILLS <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Dellwood Rental & Construction Company, hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located <br />in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows to-wit: <br />Beginning at a point on the North Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter which point is 950 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof, thence <br />South parallel with the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter 300 feet, thence West to a point on the West line of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 300 feet South of the Northwest <br />corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter thence North along said <br />West line to the said Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter to the point of beginning except the road; subject to easement of record; <br /> <br />and that part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying South of the North 575 feet thereof as <br />measured along the East line thereof lying East of the West line of the East 650 <br />feet thereof as measured along the North line thereof and lying North of the South <br />line of the North 1,285 feet thereof as measured along the East line thereof and <br />that part of the West 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota lying South of the North 575 feet thereof <br />as measured along the West line thereof lying West of the East 165 feet thereof <br />and lying North of the South line of the North 1,285 feet thereof as measured <br />along the West line thereof together with an easement for roadway purposes over <br />the South 66 feet of the North 1,351 feet thereof (subject to an easement for <br />roadway purposes over the East 33 feet thereof) (together with an easement for <br />roadway purposes over the West 66 feet of the East 198 Feet of said West 60 <br />acres) (subject to any existing easement covenants, restrictions, or <br />reservations). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on April 4, <br />1989, and recommended the Developer 1o proceed Io the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on April 13, <br />1989, and recommended that cash be used to satisfy park ciedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 12, <br />1989, and recommended approval of the preliminary plat of Dellwood Addition contingent upon <br />compliance to the City <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 27, 1989, and approved the <br /> <br /> <br />
