Counoi~member Jnlroduced the tollowin2 resolutior, and moved tot its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE ALICIA ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas Opsahl, h6reaher rCerred to as "Developer", has properly <br />~pplied for pla1 approval on the tollowing ¢escriDeC proper~y located in the City o~, Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Norli~west Quarter (NWW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of <br />Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka county, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission mel on June 12, <br />1989, and recommended lhe Developer to proceed to the preliminary pla1 slage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission mel on June 8,1989, <br />and recommended that cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 10, <br />1989, and recommended approval of 1he preliminary plat o; Alicia Addition contingent upon <br />compliance 1o 1he Cily; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on July 25, 1989, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for the Alicia Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, GRANT FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />FOR ALICIA ADDITION CONTINGENT UPON THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />MARF~TABLE TITLE. The Developer providing proof of marketable title for the property <br />to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />pA. RK DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS. Park dedication requirement shall be fulfilled in <br />accordance wilh City Council's toques! for park dedicalion in effect al ~.he time of 1he <br />application and in accordance with the Park and Recreation Commission recommendation. <br />The park dedication shall be satisfied b), cash in the amount of Seven Ti~ousand Dohsrs <br />($7,000.00) which represents a park dedication fee of Five Hundred Dollars <br />(£500.00)/Iot for fourteen (14) lots. The park dedication shall be proviOed to the City <br />prior to the recording of the plat. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer will construct improvements shown on the plans as <br />directed by the City Engineer, in accorcance with the City standards and specifications. <br />These improvements include the construction of the street within the plat known as <br />Rabbit Street Northwes~ and 171st. Avenue Northwest; including bituminous sudacin~o <br />and relaled ditches, grading, backslopes, drainage and seeding. The Developer shall <br />reslore all disturbed area as specified by the City Engineer. The Developer shal~ also <br />provide erosion control measures during construction. Said improvements shall be <br />completed on or before Seplember 1, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
