Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #89-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING INCREMENT PAY SCALE FOR THE VOLUNTEER <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Board recommended approval of an increment pay scale for <br />the Volunteer Fire Department as follows: <br /> <br />Fire Calls Increments <br /> <br />0-2 hours 1 <br />2-3 hours 2 <br />3-4 hours 3 <br />4-5 hours 4 <br />5-6 hours 5 <br />6-7 hours 6 <br /> <br />One increment is equal to $5.00. <br />Drills and .Meetin2s: <br /> <br />$5.00 per drill <br />Training: <br /> <br /> Eight (8) hours - 2 increments <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby approves the increment pay scale as <br />recommended by the Fire Board. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd da3, of August, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
