Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-09- RESOLUTION ORDERING REVISIONS TO THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHEREAS, Resolutions 89-06-127, 89-06-129 and 89-06-130 of the city Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the 13th day of June, 1989, authorized amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan. WHEREAS, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared cost estimates for revisions to the Land Use, Transportation, Sewer and Critical River's elements of the plan, and WHEREAS, such costs are estimated as follows and shall be billed at actual cost using the standard hourly rates: Land Use Transportation Sewers Parks/Critical Rivers $12,990.00 $5,550.00 $3,760.00 $6,360.00 $28,660.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolutions adopted the 13th day of June, 1989. 2) That Mr. Merland Otto and Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. are hereby designated to prepare the revisions. 3) That City staff shall assist in providing base data as may be required in preparing the plan amendments. 4) That costs incurred shall be paid from General Fund, Planning and Zoning Professional Fees account 101-1191-43003. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the 12th day of September, 1989.
