BUILDERS, INC., et al Defendants Court File No. ~-2562 STIPULATION BETWEEN APPLICANTS AND CITY OF RAMSEY The Applicant~ hereto and Defendant City of Ramsey stipulate · as follows: Applicants seek to register title to: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 9, Township 32, Range 25 described as follows: Beqinning at a point on the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant 1627.24 feet west from the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 9; thence on an assumed bearing of North 88 degrees 00 minutes 57 seconds West, along said north line, a distance of 208.40 feet; thence South 00 degrees 43 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 800.22 feet; thence South 88 degrees OD minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 194.46 feet; thence North 1 degree 38 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 800.01 feet to the point of beginning. (Said Land includes parts of Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 7, GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES and part of the County Road No.,63 (173rd Avenue N.W.), as shown on said plat.) There is presently existing an easement for roadway purposes over the West 33 feet of the hereinabove described property together with an additional easement for roadway purposes over the 33 feet Westerly from the west line of the herein- above described property,. ~aid easements being recorde~ as document numbers 349061 and 349060 respectively at entries 75 and 74 respectively in the Abstract of Title to these proceedings. There is presently existing a roadway, known as Bison Street, the travelled portion thereof having an average road width of 25 feet, at the North end thereof, the Westerly edge of said roadway commencing approximately 33 feet
