RESOLUTIO~ ~0. 87- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOK& COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> ' WHEREAS, the City has undertaken an improvement project <br /> <br /> for the purpose of' construction of water and sewer utilities in. <br /> <br />~;~'Jf-'the'"general area of County Road 116 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard,'-" <br />,. $~'~ ............................. ~ .... %~.~,~ ~.. . . . .... <br /> <br /> which project is kno~ as Improvement Project No. 87-19; <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire certain temporary <br /> <br />construction easements for construction of the improvement <br /> <br />including a strip of land described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying south of the north 504.50 feet of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. <br /> <br />Said temporary construction easement is lying northerly of <br />the centerline of County Road No. 116 as it is now laid out <br />and traveled and southerly of a line 45.00 feet north of, as <br />measured at a right angle to and parallel with said <br />centerline of County Road No. 116 as it is now laid out and <br />traveled; <br /> <br />which property is adjacent to County Road 116 and is owned by <br /> <br />ELSIE D. CHICOINE. The atta_ched survey sho~s, this_ _tempqrary .... <br /> <br />easement parcel; and ..... <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Attorney have <br /> <br />negotiated a settlement for payment of said easements with the <br /> <br />owner in the amount of $260.00, which settlement the Council <br /> <br />finds to be reasonable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the temporary easement area is 39,600 square <br /> <br />feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
