}{OW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Ramsey City <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />Council as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Administrator is directed to issue a City <br /> <br />check to ELSIE D. CHICOINE in the amount of $260.00 for payment <br />of the temporary easement as described aboVe. <br /> <br /> 2. The City also_agrees as follows relating to this <br /> taking <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />To pay for all damages incurred as a result of the <br />easement and construction; <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />To remove no trees from the easement property except <br />possibly pine trees on west end of property, which will <br />be paid for if taken or damaged; <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />To restore all existing grass areas within the easement <br />to original or be~ter condition than presently exists <br />and replace black dirt and replant grass seed if it drys <br />out; <br /> <br />d) To restore the property's driveway with Class 5 gravel; <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />To maintain access to the easement property at all times <br />during the construction. <br /> <br />3.
