CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO EXCAVATE MATERIALS ON LOTS 6 <br /> ": THROUGH 10, BLOCK 1, OAKWOOD HILLS, TO JONATHAN RAMBOSEK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 27,' 1988, the City issued a Conditional Use Permit to <br /> David Schulte for the excavation of materials on Lots 6 through 10, Block 1, Oakwood Hills, <br /> <br /> ":::: ' WHEREAS, David Schulte now desires to transfer and assign his interest in the <br /> CUP to Jonathan Rambosek; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jonathan Rambosek desires to accept the assignment of this CLIP. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City authorizes David Schulte to assign his interest in the CUP to Jonathan <br />Rambosek. <br /> <br />° <br /> <br />That the City directs it's Mayor and City Administrator to execute, on behalf of the City, <br />the attached assignment of Conditional Use Permit Agreement, which Agreement is <br />incorporated into this Resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against: <br /> <br />The following abstained: <br /> <br />The following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />~ day of August, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
