ASSIGNMENT OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> On September 27, 1988, the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, ("CID'"), issued <br />a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") to David Schulte ("Schulte") for excavating materials in the R-1 <br />Rural Residential District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 1, OAKWOOD I-IILIJS, Anoka County, Mn. <br /> <br /> Schulte now desires to assign all of his right, title, interest and authority in the CUP to <br /> Jonathan Rambosek, ("Rambosek"), 16275 Uranium Street N.W., Ramsey, Mn. <br /> ................ . _ ... ....... <br />......... .':"~-~ ~ '::;:'~.:.. By execution of this agreement below, Schulte hereby consents to and does assign all of <br /> his right, rifle, interest and authority in and to the CUP to Rambosek and Rambosek accepts said <br /> assignment. .: . <br /> <br /> In addition, Rambosek acknowledges and affn'ms to the City that he has fully reviewed the <br /> CUP, has received a copy and understands it's terms and conditions and will fully comply with <br /> said terms and conditions and accepts the responsibilities created by the CUP.
