The statistical information in the Plan <br /> <br /> ..: .....reflects the status of the City of Ramsey as of D~mber 31, 1988. When the Plan was ~proved <br /> - ';; on March 14, 1989, the aaached le~ers were re~ed. Sin~ that time, the plan has been <br /> revised due to grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors. In addition, a factual error existed <br /> on page 15, pe~aining to job descriptions. It has ~en changed to read 'Job descriptions have <br /> been completed for the majority of the new positions created within the last year." This change <br /> more accurately depicts the practices at the Ci~ of Ramsey as of December 31, 1988. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of the proposed Affirmative Action Plan and the two letters received by the <br />Minnesota Department of Human Rights. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Ramsey City Council approve the revised Affirmative Action Plan <br />with instruction to resubmit to the Department of Human Rights as corrected. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: <br />............
