The Affirmative Action Policy Statement and related information will be <br />....... <br /> permanenlly posted and conspicuously displayed on the job posting board and <br /> ...... - ...... areas available to employees. . <br /> <br /> 2; ' A copy of the Affirmative' Action ProDram will be' communicated to each <br /> department head and copies made available to ail employees. <br /> <br /> 3. Every applicant for employment with the City of Ramsay will be informed of the. <br /> equal employment opportunity policy and the procedure to follow if such an <br /> applicant in good faith feels that this policy has not been adhered to by the City at <br /> the time of application tot employment. <br /> <br />4. Union representatives will be informed of the Affirmative Action Policy. <br /> <br />External Dissemination <br /> <br />All participants in a City sponsored program shall be informed of the equal <br />opportunity policy of the City of Ramsay. <br /> <br />2. The City will file copies of the Affirmative Action Plan with the State of <br /> Minnesota Department of Human Rights, State Employment Service, and such <br /> minority, handicapped and womens' organizations which benefit from open <br /> recruitment. Efforts will be made to communicate this policy to local community <br /> agencies and schools. <br /> <br />3. The City. will advertise avai~la_b.Ie pc~sitions .in a manner, determined.. . by the City to <br /> be most appropriate to reach local minority, handicapped and womens' <br /> organizations which benefit from open recruitment.
