ORDINANCE NO. 89-09- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SYSTEMS AS PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />ACCOUNTING THEREFORE. <br /> <br />The.. city of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 210.01 OF THE CITY CODE AS ADOPTED BY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-7, ENTITLED "WATER AND SEWER UTILITIES" AND WHICH <br />ORDINANCE PROVIDES FOR THE OPERATION OF MUNICIPAL WATER AND SEWER <br /> WITH APPROPRIATE PROCEDURES AND <br /> <br />Section 210.026 of the City Code as adopted by Ordinance 84-7 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />210.026 R~TES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />Adoption Procedure. Rates and charges for the collection <br />and treatment of sewage and water taken from the City's <br />municipal water system shall be established by ordinance, <br />preceded by a public hearing as prescribed in City <br />Charter Chapter 11. <br /> <br />Water Rate. The water rate for thoSe areas of the City <br />described in paragraphs 4 and 5 below, for water usage <br />from the City's municipal water system shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Item Rate <br /> <br />Usage fee per 1K gallons <br />Minimum usage fee per quarter <br />Service charge <br />Connection charge <br /> <br />$ 1.00 <br /> 10.00 <br /> 0.00 <br /> 0.00 <br /> <br />Sewer Rate. The sewer rate except for those areas of the <br />City described in paragraphs 4 and 5 below, for municipal <br />sewer service shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Item Rate <br /> <br />Usage fee per 1K gallons <br />Minimum usage fee per quarter, <br />Service charge <br />Connection charge <br /> <br />$ 0.00 <br /> 32.00 <br /> 0.00 <br /> 0.00 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Water Rates Special District.
