PENALTY. <br /> <br /> Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions <br />of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than <br />seven hundred ($700) dollars or by imprisonment for a period of <br />not more than ninety (90) days, or both. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
